This was originally the house blend at the Half Moon Café that we started before the American Revolution in the Hudson River Valley town of Olive, New York. In those days there was only one taxi; it was based on the number of rooms you had with one or more windows; and you could still take a long afternoon nap with nothing more on your mind than waking up in time for dinner. Times have changed. The world turns faster now, so we’ve adjusted this blend to help slow things down a little- same recipe, but we’ve decaffeinated it as a gesture to the more relaxed pace of another age. This complex, deep blend is great for those nice long afternoons with no plans. Stay lost in quiet, smokey mountains, for as long as you like. Always French Roasted
